We have an insane line up of gorgeous projects with creativity overload, all centering around

These fabulous and fun Mini Houses .

I used the wrong side of a canvas , first I sealed and painted it

Then once I had decided on a theme , I decorated the background

This is my little Island some where. I used papers that went with

my Island theme , and decorated each one

This is the community church

This is my first try at making draws, some of the

other DT girls have also made very cool draws ,so thought

I would have a go.

Carry on to Ngaeres  Blog and in joy your Blog Hop :)

Welcome to the Imagine If mdf-houses-church-and-castle,Blog Hop

Welcome to the Imagine If - blog hop.

Join in and go in the draw for a fabulous prize pack.
And believe me, some of the girls work is truly amazing

If you've joined here you can start at Imagine If
the previous post is from  Lilian
and the next stop in the hop is Tash

This is what I started with

And here it is looking every bit like a church
I covered it with paper that is from the Kaisercraft
Base coat collection and looks old plastered bricks.
I then cover every thing using Tim Holtz .. frosted film

Check out the bell tower . so cool, I have set up a light in the tower
and also in side so it lights up at night.

I used a metal piece inside the round window
and also on the front door.

As you can see here, a little fuzzy. This is
looking through the round window above the door

If you look carefully , you can see the open book on the Alter.
On the inside walls I used the same range of paper but a
different pattern and colour.

I had fun building my church, and I know you will love it to.
Thanks for visiting, and enjoy the other DT projects.
Have a fabulous day
Carol :)

Welcome to the Imagine If Merry-go-round blog hop

Welcome to the Imagine If Merry-go-round blog hop,

Join in and go in the draw for your very own, merry go round kit.

If you've joined here you can start at Imagine If
the previous post is from Beth Barnes
and the next stop in the hop is Brenda Morgan

Yes that's right ! its a Merry go round , how cool is this?
I used a piece  of spotty felt for the top, then used beads, and bling
around the edge.
I am hoping that my attempt to make it look like
some what like a mushroom has worked!

The decorating is so much fun, makes me feel like a little girl playing with a new toy. My
theme is Alice in wonderland .I used rabbits and cups, these were painted, then
embossed using a clear embossing powder, I find embossing makes things a lot stronger to.

This is the underside of the top, the stalk is painted pink and
embossed, then I brushed brown over to get this look.
the underside is painted, stamped and vanished.
You could theme this any way you wish, as the other
girls on the DT have done. If you wont something a little different well here it is.
You can find it HERE at Imagine If. Don't forget we love to see what you
do with the products from Imagine If, so please, tag us in on your photo.

Follow the Blog hop to be in to win one of your very own :)
