Storage Ideas

I am all ways looking for ways to store stuff and at the same time make
it easer to accesses .Im a bit of a hoarder ,I don't like to toss out stuff
because one day I just MIGHT use it lol

This week we are blog hopping,, starting at Imagine If ,
 you should have arrived here
from Brenda's Blog , Brenda has also been working on her storage
this week.

So here we go, I brought a plain folder , which I am going to add
some magnetic pages to hold my thin dies and also some
slick pages to hold my favorite cling stamps.
Firstly I used the Imagine If circle stencil with whipped spackle
to create a back ground, I also made straight lines using a piece of
plastic
I missed a photo here, i then used a light green spray over it,
next I run my paint brush along the top full of paint so it would
run down the cover.
Next I pulled out the chip board
( have I told you before how much I LOVE chipboard ) lol

I then started gluing things on, I also added some metal and
other embellishments

below is a few close ups
I used cogs
Imagine If large clock Key
Beautiful finely cut flowers
And some mesh and cotton trim

Imagine If has a fabulous mix of things you can use for this.

In this picture, the Bat and the head stone are from
I loved this picture, its perfect for Halloween, I framed her
with one of the rectangle frames which I cut a small
section out of (to make it fit) then run through my cuttlebug,
the creepy old bare branch is from this set
HERE , and adds a touch of ewwww

Now I just LOVE this little Lizard ,hes from the bugs
and butterfly's set  :) and I tried to
make Mr pumpkin look angry lol not sure I got the look.
and again iv used that bare branch set

A Walk at the beach

Hi , This week we are playing with frames. You can get all
sorts of frames ,fancy, plain, large, small, and every thing
in between. You can also do so much with them.
have a look HERE   One of my favorite things to do
is to cut them in half,  if square and use as fancy corners .

When I start a lay out I like to pull out some bits and bobs
that I think might work with the photo or the theme and play
around with them until I have a starting point I like

I so love the sea horses, I used the same colors as the frame
and a small green pearl for the eyes. I used tiny dark seed beads
down the back  then covered with dimensional magic.
I think he's pretty handsome my self :)

The very thin star fish below  I covered with dimensional
magic then poured tiny seed beads on top

Above is the corner  display . the white shell is from the
" SHELL COLLECTION" which is so neat, they finish
a sea side layout perfectly, I just painted it white and
when dry covered with dimensional magic

The frame I run through the cuttlebug for some texture
then painted it with acrylic paint. I also added a little
green on the swirls. Once dry I spread a thin layer of
dimensional Magic . Behind the photo is hidden journaling .

Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you have found a little
inspiration in my work .
Have a fabulous week :)
