challenge 5

Well i finally finished challenge 5, i wasn't that happy with it but its done. I'm not good at following styles obviously lol I'm on the points board "JUST" but its a blast seeing all the lay
outs go up. Trying to capture some one Else's style isn't as easy as i thought.
I will post my layout once they are all up.

challenge 4# Heidi

The challenge was to do a layout with black and white with a pop of colour, I cut out the flowers for the back ground and added bling.

For this dare your layout background paper and one other element must be stamped. I went

for my corner stamps on the background then added tiny beads, my other element is the hearts which i stamped then cut out. Thanks for looking

I had such a great time, it was awesome getting all the family together for the wedding. Saturday and Sunday it rained, but it really doesn't matter there because it is so hot you just wonder about in it,we had to move everything inside for the wedding, the people there were so neat,nothing

was to much trouble, just amazing. We went to Nandi (just 4 girls) and i cant say the same about that place! to be honest its pretty scary,you are a target for all the wheelers and dealers,i couldn't

get out of there fast enough. They had just started harvesting the sugar Cain,every day we would see this little train loaded with the Cains, probably about 20 little carages,it reminded me of Thomas the tank engine lol. At night all the frogs and geckos come out,really cute to watch,oh

and they had a crab race, it was hilarious, 1st prize was the first crab to cross the line, then he put them all back in the middle and we went again for second prize ( which was the ninth one out) then same again but this time the winner was the last one out.The sea life is awesome, and the water is soooooo warm.like a warm Barth,I don't usually drink but found i acquired a taste for Pinacaladas,is that how you spell it ? every night i would have one,im missing them already hehe. thanks for doping by

Fiji update

Well here i am in Fiji, its been great so far, we had my nieces wedding yesterday and partyed
late into the night,the weather didn't play along but it didn't spoil the day at all,i will post some picture's when i get home. I went to latoka markets and did some shopping and had a look around, and of course spent to much lol, tomorrow im of to the spa to have a facial etc hmmmm
i loveeeeee the pampering . Oh and at night the frogs come out and sit under the lights in the gardens (good place to catch bugs) very cool watching them. well of to explore some more catch you when i get home

2 days to go

Well i only have 2 days to go then im of to Fiji to my niece's wedding, i have been so busy doing

layouts and working that i haven't done much about it as yet, so today i had to go out and find something to wear!! lol guess I'm a last minute Minnie to.

The stamped pick above is so cool, its like a little wheel so repeats the pattern over and over

which would be very cool for borders and joining picks to journaling etc I even did a few corners

with it lol. I was so intent on trying it i riped the pack open and now i cant tell you who makes them, i popped into the scrap studio on sunday as i needed more card stock and saw it sooooo

just had to have it of course hehe. I felling a little behind in general, have so much to do before i go

its scaring me lol.

I have finished my layout for challenge #2 Kelliefied layout but wont get to see them all together until i come back.

Well managed to squeeze this one in, the challenge was to do a birthday LO with 5 or more photo's,

sounds easy right!! i haven't done many layouts with 5 or more photos lol. I'm just happy to finally be getting some of my old photos done. Mrs Meek will be prod of me ( big cheesy smile)

Hi all, well i have completed and sent my first challenge,I will post it later in the week so check back soon.Its actually harder than i thought to take on someones scraping style,you tend to wont to creep back to what you normally do. I'm loving this already.
