I'm a little slow at posting at the moment.

Wonderfull Birthday Gift

For My Birthday.Thank you so much I love

your super card,very neat idea cutting out the paper

in the form of bricks :) will have to borrow that.

isn't it,guess shes a natural home maker hehe

Christmas layout

I finally scraped Kales first Christmas

Christmas card

The DT at Artfullcrafts have been putting up some

very cool Christmas Ideas.

They are also running a Christmas challenge, which

i decided to join in with.The first one was to make

a simple Christmas card...... Not being much of a

card maker i thought "simple" yep i can do that hehe

So above is my card,i used 2 pages out of a 6x6 pad

and a couple of punches ,i actually had fun doing this

once i got going.Check out there blog here.

Space Man

Its always a challenge for me to do layouts that

are bright,but bright is nice for kids pages.

Alter it monthly

My entry for Alter it monthly

My sister lost her beloved cat and wonted a very special place

to keep him close to her,i had seen something like this in a shop

so decided to have a go at making her one.

Firstly i painted the box with acrylic black paint ,then using stamps

i stamped using versamark ink then embossed it with gold in the pattern

i desired,my theme was ancient Egypt as her cat looked just like this one

but he was cream.

The inside was black,and the inside of the top i embossed a symbol,

(which means ever lasting life)

I got a cat tag with his name on it and placed it in the circle.

i added a small amount of blue around the bottom of the box to match the cat and

to pull it all together .I attached the cat with 3m glue.

I just adore this,and i have it on the wall right

next to me so i can gaze at it often

I made this using scarpwear chip board,i really love

this to work with,and its a good price to. I wonted to

create a very girly house as i live with all males lol

So my scrap room in defiantly a female zone. If your

Gift Box

It was my lovely cyber friend Sonya's Birthday,she

Inspires me so much in many different ways,

and i love every thing she creates.

I made this and filled it with nice oils and

candles,I have been doing some altered art

things lately,so will post them once I'm finished.

I hope this fills your house with lovely relaxing

Altered tin Birthday Card

I made this in place of a birthday card for my sister,

she adores cats .I made a small tag book to fit inside

NZ Paper chase

Yes I'm still alive here lol and finally updating my blog.

Life has been busy and winter always makes me tired,

I need sunshine and outdoors,come back summer.

I wiped up this layout for the paper chase blog,its my

new scrap room,i love that i can open the french doors

to the deck,just fabulous.

I still have some sorting to do but its getting there

as to whats inside,will be doing the rest like this also

This is my work table,I'm in the process of making

a kiwi theme box,not that you can see it that well.

I cant wait to get back into full swing again.

Unpacking update

Slowly getting there,Less box's now. Brought some new shelving that has adjustable

shelves,just putting it together

Unpacking time

Well today I'm unpacking my scrap stuff,i simply just

haven't had time since moving.I am so looking forward

to getting my place of relaxation and happiness back lol

Busy busy time

Saturday i did make and takes for the lovely girls

from Scrap ware,The table was busy all day and

every one loved scrap wares stuff,you can see

there both in the back ground.These ladies kindly

let me take a photo of them having fun at the make

and take and loved there flowers.

I finally got to meet The lovely Brenda from Nelson,

We had to have a quick photo before she left.

I really had fun and did a little shopping on the Sunday,

which was much needed as my scrap room is still boxed up,

but that's next weekends job :)
